Strong Counter Top Leaflet Dispenser for A6 Leaflets

A lot of thought went into the design of this A6 leaflet dispenser. The original spec was to design a counter-top unit that was destined for builders’ merchants and our client insisted that they should be able to stand up to some “rough” treatment. After undertaking many tests we found that the best material for the job was e-flute corrugated board with a strong printed laminate.

Sturdy Leaflet Holder Designed to do the job!

As a leaflet holder dispensing A6 leaflets, the counter unit has to stay upright and be hard to tip over. We found that single-strut constructions were not suitable and so we incorporated a double support system which added strength behind the dispenser as an anti-tip mechanism. This is one leaflet dispenser that will take some knocking about and still remain in good order!

An Affordable Leaflet Dispenser Unit

Whilst we acknowledge that plastic or metal display units are probably the top option, our customer also wanted to keep an eye on overall costs including shipping costs. The choice of e-flute corrugated board not only gave the leaflet dispenser strength, it is also a very light material and is relatively inexpensive when compared to plastic and metal. Our die-cutting capabilities also allowed us to create an easily assembled unit that would save on the manufacturing costs incurred in a fully-formed dispenser unit. The fact that they also fold down to a fairly flat shape helped to keep a lid on shipping costs.
Custom-print and custom-design available for leaflet holders

Having created a successful design for the prototype A6 leaflet dispenser we know that the same basic design model works for DL, A5 and A4 sizes. Custom sizes can also be accommodated such as 150 x 150mm but we wouldn’t want to go larger than A4. Custom design and custom print is available on all models.

Spec:

Made in e-flute corrugated board with a full-colour print laminate, the counter top leaflet holders shown above are designed to hold A6 leaflets and brochures. The printed front panel that holds the leaflets measures 110 x 90mm, the overall unit stands 220mm tall and is 105mm deep. The display board behind the leaflets acts as a header card with an area of 150 x 50mm being visible above the A6 literature. The units are delivered flat, cut and creased ready for self-assembly.
