Face Masks provide a great opportunity for Alternative Media Advertising

You might ask, “How can a face mask work for advertising?”. Well, why not? Let’s look at a Conservative Party theme from a few years back when they used a poster campaign to give PM Tony Blair demonic eyes. Wouldn’t it have been great if the Labour Party had given out “demon eyes” face masks with the slogan “Better the devil you know…” to be worn in Labour Party offices around the country.

There’s a popular alcoholic drink being advertised on TV asking “Have you got a wicked side?” An ambient in-pub campaign would see impish face masks being handed out with the slogan “It’s wicked”.

Well known optical chains could distribute “geek glasses” with the slogan “I should have gone to “SpecSave” and so on. I’m sure that you get the drift. Just use your imagination and you will see endless possibilities.
