Bottle Tags / Neck Tags – Single Card Examples

Neck tag promotions are a common sight in the wines and spirits aisles of our local supermarkets but how much notice does the average drinks consumer take of the actual neck tags? Many shoppers know exactly what bottle they want and where it sits on the shelves and until and the supermarket does that annoying thing and moves everything around they probably never see another bottle never mind a neck tag. It is hard to attract attention so why would a promoter spend a fortune on a neck tag promotion whilst making the neck tag look like the others on the shelves? Isn’t it time to explore some eye-catching alternatives?

Neck tags can be shaped and made to order

We believe that adding invention and creativity to a bottle tag has to contribute to its visibility on the supermarket shelf but what can you do with a single piece of card? Die-cutting holds the key and we would advocate that you look at giving the bottle tag some character by making a shaped tag. You don’t have to go mad – it doesn’t have to be a scale model of Buckingham Palace or anything but if you can find a shape to tie in with your promo then all the better. A very simple example would be ball-shaped to match a sports theme or bottle shaped if you are promoting a drink.
