Some bottle neck promotions are satisfied with a simple bold announcement displayed on a product that is placed easily over a bottle neck. One of the most simple and popular designs is a standard bottle collar or bottle hanger which is a no-frills product that has been recognisable for years. I think that they first appeared as a posh alternative to a rolled up bit of paper stuck in the top of a milk bottle when door-to-door deliveries were still an everyday sight all over the country. Shaped Bottle Hangers could attract more attention

There is absolutely no need to mess with the design if plain and simple is what is called for but if you want to draw extra attention to your promotion then we would suggest that you consider creating a custom shape for the bottle hanger that is in keeping with the promotion. As a simple example, a holiday promotion could call for a simple circular product printed as a beach ball. Similarly, a promotion being run in conjunction with a sporting event, say the Rugby World Cup, could be shaped like a rugby ball and so on.
