Rubber bands do not retain their full elasticity if stored at full stretch. The rubber band in this product is at full stretch when the product is stored flat. We advise that you plan to distribute the product within days of its manufacture in order to get the most effective pop-up. If this does not suit your marketing plans then call us to discuss the best way forward.

Pop Up Castle Promotional Pop Up Mailer

This pop up shape lends itself to producing pop up mailers looking like castles, towers, "ton weight", chocolates shaped like "Munchies". The pop up castle has four trapezium-shaped walls which give the product its castle shape. These walls offer a large area for promotional print which makes it a great candidate for use as a pop up mailer. The base and top are both square. The shape is exactly the same as our pop-up choc box only upside-down.

Large Castle shape has a good Pop-up Action

The shape and size of the pop up castle works to the benefit of the automatic pop up action and the product has a very strong “jump”. It goes off with a quite noisy crack when the mailing envelope is opened and continues to have a strong action when used over and over.

Marketing Ideas for the Pop-Up Castle

The promotional pop-up castle makes a terrific Halloween promotion when designed with "haunted castle" graphics but a change of graphics can alter the pop-up castle entirely as you can see above. Adding holes to the top converts the products to a pen holder.
