All of our automatic pop-up products are made in 500micron folding box board.

Sizes and print specifications will change according to your own requirements.

Rubber bands do not retain their full elasticity if stored at full stretch. The rubber band in this product is at full stretch when the product is stored flat. We advise that you plan to distribute the product within days of its manufacture in order to get the most effective pop-up. If this does not suit your marketing plans then call us to discuss the best way forward.

Custom pop-up products for advertising and marketing

We are able to make custom designed pop-up products to fit your specific campaign providing that we remain within the constraints of our own cardboard engineering capabilities and within the confines of our manufacturing processes. It is not possible to make spherical 3-D products using cardboard engineering techniques and there are certain shapes that we can make but not as automatic pop-ups. The best results will be achieved if you can confine your creative requirements to things that are sort of "box-like". The product in the main picture above was basically a pop-up box with added lids and doors which resulted in a pop-up cigar box. It was then put into a custom made pack along with an extra card.

Rather than write pages on what is and is not possible, the simplest thing is to advise you to simply ask if we can make what you want. If we are unable to do exactly what is required we may be able to suggest an acceptable alternative. We might suggest a totally different angle or even a different product. But one thing is for sure - if we don't talk about it, your idea is going to remain just an idea!
