Swatch cards can be made to any size from credit card size to 210 x 210mm

Printed in 4-colour process on 500micron folding box board or on 350gsm silk board. Because they will be handled a lot, it is wise to consider adding a laminated finish.

Promotional marketing swatch cards can come in a variety of shapes, sizes and with varying numbers of cards. The picture shows simple round-cornered swatch cards. The smaller ones in the top picture are credit card sized and the larger ones are A7. One of the more unusual swatches that we have assembled featured tear-shaped cards which closed to form a circle. We have featured some ipod shaped swatch cards on another page just to give you an idea of some pocket-sized products that would be suitable for being promoted as swatch cards. We hand-collate the cards and fasten them with an eyelet.

Promotional advertising cards or swatch cards can come in any shape, size and quantity and so their uses are very varied. Square or rectangular shaped promotional swatch cards are easier to handle and so tend to work out cheaper than round shapes but round and custom shapes can be more eye-catching. This type of popular promotional marketing product has been produced for a massive range of end-clients – oil companies; car manufacturers; local government; banks; package holiday companies; paint companies; building societies; supermarket chains and for such a wide variety of things that is hard to suggest something really specific for design ideas. Traditionally, swatch cards have been used to show colour samples for such as textiles; paint; wood stain; kitchen work top materials and so on.
