What makes The What Goes Where Wheel better than other recycling wheels

The What Goes Where Wheel has been specially designed with the user in mind. This wheel helps people with failing eyesight. It is easier to use by people who might not have full hand mobility. A person who might not have particularly good reading skills will relate to the photographs. A person with colour blindness will be able tell at a glace which bin to use. Someone who is trying to decide what to do with waste paper can go straight to “paper”. A person wanting to know where to put an empty tin of baked beans can go straight to “tins”. It is equally easy to operate left-handed or right-handed. There is more space for useful information such as phone numbers and addresses of recycling sites. It is a strong construction and doesn’t get bent and creased. It has square sides so that it will prop up on a shelf rather than keep rolling off – or we can supply it with a little chain so that it can be hung in a convenient place.

Other recycling wheels – the ones with two or three open wheels fastened together at the centre – just do not address any of these issues. They are awkward to handle, not easy to read and it is a struggle to find what you are looking for.
